Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept? We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, or PSD files. For the best results, ensure your design is in CMYK color mode.
What should the resolution of my file be? For a crisp, clear print, your artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Low-resolution images (72 DPI) may appear blurry or pixelated.
Do I need to add a "cut line" to my design? No! Our design team handles the cut lines for you. Simply upload your artwork, and we will create a custom die-cut path that follows the shape of your design.
Will the colors on my screen match the print exactly? Because monitors use RGB (light) and printers use CMYK (ink), there may be slight variations in color. We calibrate our printers daily to ensure the closest match possible.
Ordering & Production
Can I see a proof before you print? Yes! If you request a digital proof during checkout, we will email it to you within 24 hours. Production begins only after you give us the "thumbs up."
Can I change my order after it’s placed? We move fast! You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. Once an order enters the printing phase, we cannot make changes.
How long does it take to make my stickers? Standard production typically takes 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, this may vary slightly.
Materials & Durability
Are your stickers waterproof? Yes! Our stickers are printed on premium, weather-resistant vinyl. They are designed to withstand rain, sunlight, and scratches.
Are they dishwasher safe? Absolutely. Our vinyl stickers are durable enough to go through the dishwasher, making them perfect for water bottles and tumblers.
Can I use these stickers outdoors? Yes, our stickers are UV-coated to prevent fading, making them ideal for cars, windows, and outdoor gear.
Shipping & Returns
