Refund and Return Policy

At Stickers Drop, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Because our products are custom-made to your specific artwork and specifications, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. The Nature of Custom Products

All products sold on www.stickersdrop.com are personalized and manufactured to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, user error, or customer-side mistakes.

2. When a Refund or Reprint is Applicable

We will provide a reprint or a full/partial refund (at our discretion) if the product you receive:

  • Has a manufacturing defect: Such as incorrect cutting, peeling, or material flaws.

  • Does not match the approved proof: If the final product differs significantly from the digital proof you approved.

  • Is the wrong item: If we sent you a size, material, or design different from what you ordered.

  • Was damaged in transit: If the packaging and product arrived damaged.

3. What Is Not Covered (User Errors)

Stickers Drop is not responsible for, and will not offer refunds for, the following:

  • Spelling or Grammar Errors: Please double-check your text before uploading.

  • Low-Resolution Artwork: If the image you uploaded was blurry or pixelated, the print will reflect that.

  • Color Variations: Colors on a computer screen (RGB) may look slightly different when printed (CMYK). We cannot guarantee a 100% color match to your monitor.

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Please measure your surface area before ordering to ensure you select the correct dimensions.

  • Application Errors: We are not responsible if the sticker is applied incorrectly or to an incompatible surface.

4. How to Request a Claim

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  1. Email us: Send an email to info@stickersdrop.com.

  2. Include Details: Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Photos are Required: You must attach clear photos of the defect or the damaged product.

  4. Wait for Review: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If the error is on our end, we will ship a replacement order at no cost to you or issue a refund.

5. Cancellations

Because we move quickly to production, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once your order has moved into the printing or cutting phase, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
