Shipping Policy
1. Production Time (Turnaround)
Because we print and cut every sticker specifically for you, orders are not shipped instantly.

Standard Production: Usually takes 3 business days.

Rush Production: If available, this moves your order to the front of the print queue for an additional fee.

Proofing: If you requested a digital proof, production time begins after you have approved the artwork via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping:

Standard Shipping: 2 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal volume. Stickers Drop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Ship-to Locations

Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the [Insert Country, e.g., United States], including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International: We currently ship to [Insert Countries or "Worldwide"]. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us at info@stickersdrop.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@stickersdrop.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
